Resort Fees & Membership
Memberships at Reunion are associated with each specific property. Each property may have an associated membership attached, providing multiple avenues for you to obtain one. Some properties have transferable memberships, non-transferable membership or no active membership at all.
Resales: If there is an active membership associated with the property you are purchasing, the costs of purchasing a membership may require a $15,000 deposit that is 100% refundable, or a $7,500 non-refundable initiation.
New Homes: Owners have sixty (60) days from the closing of their property to acquire a membership in order for the membership to remain active.
Golf: All three Reunion golf courses are private. Only members and guests of members can play any of the three golf courses. Social members can still play golf but at the green fee rate.
HOA & Management:
Reunion – HOA dues are $370.00 for the Social Membership and $590.00 for the Golf Membership. Although Reunion Resort has its own property management program, many owners use other independent management companies.
Encore Club – This is a separate ‘resort within a resort’ and the structure is slightly different: HOA is $460 and includes Internet, Cable TV, Landscaping, Pest Control, Pool cleaning, 24hr security, then the general resort fee of $100. If you don’t use their management company you will not be able to use their amenities but you will still be able to use the master Reunion amenities.
